Hi
My BM6500 is part of a link system - somehow I pressed something and TIMER OFF is displayed - I have tried to find out how to switch it off in the Master Control Panel and BM insructions but cannot find out how to do it - any ideas?
Try holding in the 'MUTE' button on the BM itself and press 'STEP PROGRAM'.

Reminds me of my first Beomaster 6500.
It was in an auction and description saying dead speaker outputs kept the bidding fairly low. I did some research and did not find the 6500 to have those kind of problems but I knew Martin would not mind anyway.
I won and it came home by arranged truck one evening. I set it up and Timer Off in the display on the Beomaster. I knew that Timer off mutes the speaker out puts and so on to hold to the right front and tap on the left which removes this message according to the user manual and it did. I had sound from both channels though right one sounded bad and it was but that is another story.
