I want to connect my Pro Jet turntable to my Beovision7. I have a phone box in between and there are two RCA cables phono plugs attached. Where do I plug in and how do I program it?
My Beovision has a Beolab 7-1 centre speaker and two beolab 3 speakers on either side attached to it.
Please help I am desperate, as I have been trying to play Jazz record collection on my new turntable for 2 days now with succes.
Welcome to Beoworld.
I'm guessing that you can use the RCA L + R and use them in one of the AV sockets (should be labelled L or R on the back panel). Tell the TV that you have connected a camcorder or camera to those sockets. Add 'Camera' or Camcorder' to your BEO4 remote. That should do it. I had to do the same with a BV6-22 for a CDX player and it works fine.
Which BV7 do you have as I think the panel config may be different. on different models/MK's.
Do you not have a user guide for the TV? Upgrading to silver or gold allows access to the manuals.
Dave.
Doing so will (probably) trigger 'Speaker 3'.
In order to have 'pure' stereo you will have to choose 'Speaker 2' manually on the Beo4.
If 'Speaker' not available in the List, you will have to add it.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Possibly, though you can configure the audio to play the speakers you want, not just the default. Try the different settings until you get what you're looking for.
