After disconnecting to decorate and plugging back in after a few days the PIN number is not being recognised. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Hi & welcome to BeoWorld.
Can you be more specific? What happens when you try to input your PIN? do you get any kind of message or does the unit just sit in stand by mode?
Has the set up been changed in any way? Is it connected to any other B&O products (other than the loudspeakers)?

Or he's entering the wrong PIN. Verify it with your original B&O dealer if possible. Or call any B&O shop and try to obtain the Master Code.
p.s. - Woody Allen fan, eh?
Guys thanks for the quick replies. I have to input the PIN so rarely that I forgot I needed the prompt when trying to play a CD. I was trying to put the pin in with the power on only and the red light flashing. Once I tried to play the CD I got the PIN prompt. My mistake. Sorry for troubling you, but it's a nice place to find as I'm looking to get some new gear and hook up to other audio parts in the house. This looks like the place for all the answers. Thanks again.
And yes, big fan.
