BeoSound 4/BeoVision 10 won't switch to CD or radio

TV, DVD modes work fine but will not switch to CD or radio via Beo4 remote. Attempted to check setup via BeoSound keypad, but can't unless mode is switched. No cables or connections have been touched. Help!

Check the OPTION settings for audio.

If your BV is videomaster and Beolabs are connected V.OPT should be set to 2.

A.OPT should be 0.
