Beolab 3's and beolab 2connecting to samsung tv

Hi all I have a set of 3's and a 2 subwoofer and wondered what would be the best way to link these so I can use for music and films as I had them connected to the headphones socket in the tv with cables via Steve at sounds heavenly but I read somewhere someone saying about using a fax or something for clearer sounds so wondering if anyone knows as if I can make them sound better I would be interested :) thanks
