I recently purchased a used Beovision 7-32. I am searching channels through the regular antenna connection, but no channels are found.

Is there a setting in some menu that could have been turned of by the previous owner?

Are you searching analog channels? in Australia the analog signal is switched off and the TV needs a digital tuner. Some 7-32 don't have a digital tuner at all, but can always connect a set top box..

I changed the range settings in the tv-tuner menu. Problem solved :)

Thanks for input, guys :)

interesting can you let me know what you did .... on Freeview (built-in) for some reason I can only pick up about 80% of the channels that are available and I know it's not the aerial as my previous visual system picked up all available channels.

we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.

with the tv on, you press 0+0+menu+menu+go.

then choose tv-tuner.

Then there are four places where you can change the numbers, two are called "low, and two are called "high".

The two "low" I put to 49. (press "0" and it will change it automatically to the lowest posible which is around 49)

The two "high" I put to 860. (press "999" and it will change to the highest which is around 860)

Please write down the current settings before change them, in case you need to revert them.

(Sorry that I don´t have the exact names of the places you should change the numbers, but I don´t have the tv-set avaliable to chack atm, If you need more assistance just tell me, and I will check it later)

Keep me updated if it fixes you problem :)
