IR converter: Transceiver cable connection help! Loose ends.. where to connect what?

I just digged out an old MCL device from my garage.. Seems to be and old IR code covnverter. All the cables that come whith it seems to be in good shape, but the transciever cable is cut of in the other end..

Seems fixable so if anyone know where to connect what that would be awesome! really want to get this thing to work! Heeelp

Some kind of connection scheme would be nice or some expertise! =)
