Hello folks.
Need some advise here.
I am using BO Earset 2 paired with my iPhone 5 for a year now. Everything was fine until recently, the caller/receiver on the other end starts complaining that they were not able to hear me properly. A lot of noise and seems to sound quite far away. I have to cup my mike and my mouth to ensure clear voice can be heard. Battery seems to be charged. Mike is closet possible to my mouth, but problem still persist.
Is there a software that I could download to upgrade the Earset 2 or is there a method where I could manually reset it?
Appreciate any ideas or suggestions that you can give.

Recently got my Iphone6, and the B&O Es2 bluetooth seems not able to be picked up.
Anyone have any clues to the reasons? thanks.
