Hello,

I'm having problems with my BeoCom 6000 MK2: the handset is not registering to the base - it asks to pair with it, searches for it, but never finds anything. I tried to reset the handset (9#9#9* INT) but it solved nothing, and obviously I can't reset the base as the handset is not connected to it.

I found out that apparently the base can be completely reset if left disconnected from a power source for 20-30 minutes, but I've yet to have results... I've tried 20 minutes, then 30-32 minutes, but nothing.

Is there anything I can do? I've been left phone-less in my home for hours, now. (I'm also wondering at the lack of a reset button...)

Thank you.

Firstly, A Very Warm Welcome to Beoworld..

You don't say what type of base you are trying to connect too?

There could be a compatibility issue if you have never connected this phone to the base previously.

Please say if this phone has been previously successfully connected to this base ?

Regards Keith....

I am assuming you did press the "Enable Pairing" button on the base.

If it is the Pyramid base, then it is the button between the two phone charging lugs on the base
