Hi Chris,
A: you need a plain, simple ML cable. Plug it in at both ends - and you are good to go.
For options - see the userguide(s).
B: you need the Wireless 1. Be sure, that both transmitter and receiver are updated to the same SW-version. Be sure that your 3500 has got the latest SW too (version 2.0 - if I remember right).
Some people are experiencing interferences with their wifi - or with that of their neighbour.
So make sure you know how to change channels iin the settings of your (wifi) router etc.
Be sure that no microwave oven is nearby.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Yes - but only if you have the 'Spotify device' (probably an ATV) connected with an analog audio cable to the BV7.
You'll need a BeoLink (MCL/ML) Converter to do that.
It would then act as a ML-driver for the 3500.
Or this one: http://almando.com/index.php/b-o.html
Must it be a BL3500?
How about a BL7-? - you can get them cheap nowadays.
There is a table stand for them too - much better sound than the 3500.
And it is easy to connect it to the Playmaker.
