Wanted: small decking-plate for BG4000 or 4002

Greetings all,

I am urgently looking for the small decking plate for my BG4000 table project - can anyone supply one?

I would also consider a  BG4002 one, which would then have to be modified!

Any offers ??????????  Hmm

Just to clarify in case there is some cofusion:

It is the small plate that sits in the top right-hd corner above the control panel.
