Hi all,

I have recently been given one of these systems by my parents (who owned it from new), however it has been stuck in a loft for over a decade, thus meaning that it's not exactly in prime condition. After opening the box I saw the aftermath of an attempted fix by a family friend, leading to a panel being put on upside down. How would I go about removing this panel and fixing it back on correctly? Here are some pictures.

Furthermore, a B&O specialist said that there was a problem with the "relay" in the system. What is this?

Thanks in advance. Can't wait to get to work.

Check underneath the glasspanel at the left side. You'll see a philips screw which needs to be removed. After removing slide the panel to the right and it will come loose. I have some glasspanels left if you're interested. The lower which is upside down seems to broken?

Relay? Probably the mute?

Taped down? So probably loose from its glueing from plastic frame. Be aware, dont drop it.

 blah-blah and photographs as needed
