beogram 6500 misses the beginning LP

by pressing the rotation, the stylus does not fall at the beginning of treka.What correct?

Either it is the adjustment of the tonearm, or it can be the suspension in your cartridge. Do you have another cartridge you can try with?

No, not another cartridge (When the first time this has happened, the light illumination not light.after disconnected from the mains supply is temporarily employed.
