Hi guys,

I have a black spot or shadow on the bottom left of the screen as you can see on the picture.

It happens with all sources.

As any of you encounter or solve such a problem before on a beovision 7 ?

Thanks for your precious help

Regards

Eric

Hi Eric,

is it still under warranty?

There can be several reasons for this - some fixable, others not so easy.  Could be a backlight issue or first signs of panel failure.  If you Google search for LED shadows you get all sorts of different issues and possible remedies such as 'whitewashing'.

I think you may need to contact your B&O service/repair shop for them to look at it.

Dave.

Hi!! good afternoon.

The interior of the screen is dirty. The rubber of union between the crystal and the screen as the time does not have good fixation. You must dismantle the crystal and clean on the interior part. Better to go to the SAT. Luck!
