Removal of Beolab 8000 frets

Can anyone tell me (with pics would be great) how to do this. I need to replace a tweeter....Scared stiff of busting them!

Hi NIgel,

you will find instructions for how to do this in the service manual.

In short, push the fret slightly upwards to release the top, then you can pry the sides with your fingers close to the metal to release the 9 hinges on each side. Be careful with the fabric though as it can be permanently stretched quite easily.
