Hello. I'm trying to restore a beogram 6000. When I switch it on and press the strart button. The tonearm goes to the vinyl and stops when it detects it in the right position, But the tonearm doesn't goes down. I can't hear the solenoid click, so I suspect that this is the problem.

Does anyone knows how to solve the problem?. If I have to change the solenoid. Does anyone can help me to get it?

Welcome to Beoworld.

First job is to clean and re-lubricate as explained in multiple BG threads with tangential arms (4000 series, 6500, 9500 etc)  Do a search on Beoworld and read up on it.  Diagnose and repair before just replacing what could be a servicable component.

If you upgrade to Silver/Gold you also have access to the service manuals.

Dave.
