Hi All,
I've been a happy Beocom 6000 Mark II (I think( customer for like 12 years - maybe more. I have the PSTN version with 1 base and 2 charger units (3 handsets in total).
Just in the last week, my outgoing voice has become scratchy and noisy for the receiving side. It's not my Comcast network, as my voice is clear when testing with a wired phone...
So maybe my beloved Beocom system is no more. Or maybe it just requires a base reset. Or maybe there's some other issue that I haven't thought of.
I've tried removing and re-adding my handsets - no joy. I haven't tried factory resetting my base since I can't figure out how to do that. Someone once posted a key sequence of "9 # 9 # 9 * INT" but that won't work for me.
Any wisdom out there on all this? Much appreciate any help!
