Beosound 5 Encore NMusic problem

hi,

I am the happy owner of a Beosound 5 Encore which replaced a Beocenter 2 and a Beosound 9000.

Now I have some spare time so i decided to organize the music on server( WDTVLiveHub). Problem is I cannot remove the albums, artists etc... from NMusic even if I Reboot, FactoryReset, Rescan Music or disconnect from main.

Any ideea what to do? I hate to sent it to be repaired as in Montreal the repairing center does not care about the customer products!( scratches on the products after the repairings)
