What is wrong with the BC9500? Depending on what it is, B&O service centres won't touch it - 'can't get spares' etc. Rubbish! For an independent, I can't help you but depending on the problem, it may be a relatively easy home fix.

I have a very experienced Bang & Olufsen engineer based at my service centre in Cleckheaton - not exactly the North East admittedly, but he is exceptionally good and can repair down to component level when required...
what fault are you experiencing?
Hi there, many thanks for your reply. I have just agreed a trade in to iconic av on a beocentre 9500 fully refurbished. I will however make a note of your recommendation. Thanks once again, Phil.
