Do the following test:

Place your phone on a table  and walk 10 meter away from the table. There must be no objects between you and the device and you must be facing the table (walk backwards so you are facing the phone). Do you get dropouts before reaching 10 meters?

Share your serialnumber and your result.

e.x

xxxxxxxxxxxx dropouts

or

xxxxxxxxxxxx no-dropouts
