Hi All
I want to get the audio output from my tv to the aux in on my overture. The tv has an optical external speaker out socket so I'd need to convert that with a box to rca.
once that's done it's either a choice of running audio cable around the wall (approx 16m) to the other side of the room or doing it wireless using a sender like the Marmitek 625.
Do you have any recommendations as to the best way (and most cost effective) to do this - preferably with one box if that's possible , or cabling if that's better.
I understand there may be a possibility of introducing some latency with wireless - what's your experience of this please.
thanks
DJ
Any thoughts on the wireless option chaps?
Thanks
I added the wireless kit and 4 receivers to a surround set up in a basement,
no problems whatsoever;
I have the from speakers wired and the back 6 wireless. . .works flawlessly for me.
The most cost effective way should be s.th. like a wireless audio-video-infrared-transmitting system:http://www.amazon.de/auvisio-Mini-AV-Funksystem-AVF-580-mit-GHz-Technologie/dp/B004ZEHYWO/ref=sr_1_13?ie=UTF8&qid=1427121811&sr=8-13&keywords=av+infrarot+funk
