AFTER A MOVE THE CD READER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, THE CD MOVE BUT IT DOES NOT START AND THE MESSAGE PAUSE APPEARS AFTER A WHILE ??

Just a thought. During the move, the carriage adjustment screw may have moved slightly. Have you checked that it is pointed in the right direction, for final placement?
