Hi there,
I have a serious problem and I need your help.
In Germany, you must buy a HD+ card if you want to watch freeview channels as HD. I've purchased a CI Slot modul to run on Avant 55. However, after 20 minutes the card get terribly hot and gives failure (please insert the card). Anyway, I took the card off, wait little bit and install on BV11. After 20 minutes had exactly the same problem. I let the module changed and tried again on both TVs and nothing changed.
I've called HD+ and they suggest me to reset the TV. Then install the CI Slot module without the card and when the TV ask the card, install the card! The problem stayed the same.
HD+ suggested me to install the card on another TV. I installed this module on my LG TV and it is working without a problem.
So, my Avant and BV11 have the same problem with the CI Slot! I believe that this is a software problem. In anyway, it doesn't matter what I believe or it doesn't matter what the reason is, I have no solution. Is there anybody had an experiance with this problem? What can I do to solve the problem?
P.S. I already wrote to B&O yesterday but had no answer until now. My dealer is on holiday for 2 weeks :( and this is driving me mad. I appreciate for any kind of help.

Update 1
Yesterday, I received an answer from B&O Care and they wrote me that I should contact with my retailer :) Funny answer. Let me tell you why!
My retailer has been informed about the problem from the very first begining. He is a professional guy and he gave me a new CI module with a new card! However, as I wrote in my previous message this didn't solve the problem.
Yesterday, he installed his module (the old version) on his showroom Avant and it was working all day long. I went there to change the modules and let him try my module on his Avant. The result was the same. My module was not working on his Avant too. Just to remind you that this module had no problem on LG TV. So, module is failure free!
The funny thing is his old module is really working on my both bV11 and Avant. I believe there is a script problem. Today, he will contact with B&O and try to find a solution! I'll keep you updated.
