Beomaster 2400 - No Power, No Standby LED

I have a "US" version that has a very simplified AC section without voltage selection and a AC fuse where the voltage selector is located in some models - no fuses on the #8 Board

Can't find a schematic with this power circuit design.

I turn on the main On/Off Switch and nothing happens - no Standby LED and no relay actuation

The transformer winding for the 15 volts reads good

Not sure where to check on this version to find out why there is no Standby LED - 

The fuse to the 15 volt rectifier bridge is good
