Beomaster OS not working, cant play musis stuck on windows

Hi everyone,

My Beomaster is stuck on the windows screen and i can't access my music!!

I have tried the recuperation and it doesn't help.

Has anyone had the same problem and what can i do to resolve it,

I presume you are stuck in the service menu. Try double click the RED B&o button (exit Service Menu)
