Hello.
I have three of these phones. They all work fine apart from Caller ID. No numbers flash up on the screen when I get incoming calls - just blank squares. Two of the phones have 1.30 software and the third has 2.50 software. I read the thread about updating software - but the problem exists even on the phone with 2.50 software.
B&O shop say that all Beocom 6000s can get caller ID (assuming the service is provided by the phone company) and said nothing about having to update software.
Anyway I get caller ID with my old BT phones, but not these B&O ones.
Also, I put a number in the phonebook and when that number called, it appeared in the caller ID list. When that caller called a second time, the caller ID list did not update - so only the first call is logged.
Any ideas would be much appreciated
