BEOPlay V1 stuck on set up menu

Hi

I have just purchased a secondhand BEOplay V1 40in which I thought i could use my existing B&O remote to set it up.

The set comes on when I press DTV or TV from the remote and goes straight to the Menu Language setuo screen, the remote will turn volume up and down and switch the unit off and on, but will not navigate on the set up menu.

Please help, I bought this as a second tv to go with my BEO Vision unit.

Hi Jay and wlcome to Beoworld,

which remote are you using?

The V1 is 'born with' a Beo4/navi and you can (if the tv has been updated) use the BeoRemote One with it too.

MM was referring to the most recent Beo4.

Do younhave the one with the (GO) button or the more modern mini-joystick (ie navigation) that replaced the GO button?
