Can't really contribute, but interesting project!
Too long to list....
My pinout appears to be correct! I managed to get one of the speakers hooked up and working.
It was getting too time consuming working out how to use the B&O PSU board so I'm using a 32V 3A power brick I had spare.
Unfortunately the stupid brick had a white stripe on the +ve wire and even stupider me didn't check and fried one of the amps, so now I need to find another amp or hopefully I can just switch out the caps.
I will post some pics when it is in some semblance of order.
I've made some progress on this recently, pictures below.
Unfortunately I've hit a big snag and I am hoping a kind knowledgeable member here could give me some advice.
I completed the electronics, and indeed I've played some music from discman/ipod and it sounds great.
The problem is because I'm using a 0-32V supply rather than -19v - 0v - +19v which the amps were designed for, the audio input earth is floating at +16v to my local earth which means I cant connect to any other earthed equipment.
Is there an easier solution to this than me now making a centre tapped power supply?
I've done the woodwork structure apart from tabletop and some tidying up - I spent ages grinding down a hardwood offcut to connect what was the tube surround to the back of the base which is the stripe you can see on the side, I've got another piece of matching hardwood to go on the top.
