Beosound 5 CD ripper

Has anyone else had this problem.  A CD is stuck in the CD Ripper and will not eject through the maintenance menu.  I switched the system off and on again but now it looks like it is trying to load the operating system from the CD, cannot find one and does not boot up.

There is no button on the CD ripper to manually eject the disk or a pin hole that I can see.  

 

Does anybody have any advice on how to get the disk out.  I thought about trying to get it with tweezers but as the system is still under guarantee, do not want to damage the CD ripper.

 

 

I had this problem too. I had to turn the whole system off and on again a few times. Then the cd was eventually ejected. I hope this works for you.

Thanks for the advice, I will try that to see if it shifts the CD.

 

Thanks for the advice, I left the system unplugged from the power supply and then rebooted and it ejected the disc.
