Beomaster 5000 zero No load current

So one of the channels is working just fine, the other I measure 0mv, is the potentiometer dead or should I check for anything else too?

 

Also the base of both ic200 and ic201 is about 0.1v which is too low compared to ic100 ad ic101 which is about 1.1v

 

edit2: between diods d203 and d201 there should be about 1.7 v, which i got in the working channel but only about half of it  on the non working side
