I have a Beosound 5 on the table stand. I want to relocate it and mount on the wall. Looking at pictures it appears it can be mounted flat against the wall or with an adapter angled. I want to mount t flat.
I contacted a dealer about purchasing a wall mount and was told that it came with the Beosound 5.
I have looked at the instructions online but am still a bit under how to mount it.
On the top of the table top base, there is a black metal ring that the Beosound 5 mounts to. It looks like that piece could be removed. Is that the piece I mount to the wall?
I also have an unused black plastic ring for the Beosound 5 that appears to have holes in the same locations for screws as the metal part of the stand. But there does not appear to be any way to attach the Beosound 5 to the plastic. What is it for?
Thanks

From memory the black plastic spacer is placed against the wall, and the the metal bracket sits inside this. The holes should align and screws then go through these holes to hold both the spacer and the metal bracket to the wall.
The Beosound 5 is then simply offered into place at an angle and rotated to lock it into place.
Hope this helps.
Martin.
Thank you! So the metal bracket currently mounted to the table stand is the same bracket i use to mount to the wall? With the addition of the black plastic piece?
Took the Beosound 5 apart. Parts appear to fit exactly as you said. Thanks!
