My answerphone function in my Beotalk 1200 that has been working admirably since bought from new has suddenly stopped.
It still has power and announces caller id's.
it still replays the outgoing message correctly when tested.
Still set for a 15 second wait until answerphone is meant to pick up.
The memory level is zero.
It happily sets itself as before when the answer phone function is switched on with all the right symbols in all the right places.
It just does not cut in to the answerphone when a call is received as it should.
Can anyone help please?
Hi, you could try factory reset to see if it clears the fault, it is +01234+

Thank you for the suggestion. I have just tried it and it has not solved the problem of the answerphone. Everything else still works though.
I have also tried the computer version of disconnecting and reconnecting all of the wires and switching on and off.
John - Our Beotalk 1200 now has the same issue. Voice recording is there, but 1200 does not answer call and phone rings until is disconnects. Were you ever able to resolve your issue?
