NL convertor update

Hello all

My NL convertor said it had an update to do so I attempted it.

It said failed to contact update server.

A reboot was in order

Now it just says update status Unknown

Any ideas?

Mine is still on 1.4.1, no update (on a sunday?)

Is your gateway & DNS servers correctly filled in on the system/network tab?

Is you BLC time set to the same time as your router? I've seen issues in the past with that symptom. There isn't a new sw push past 1.4 that I know of. If the correction of time doesn't fit the trick you will have to reset to default. The only other way I've cleared the problem you suggest.

Yesterday I noticed that my convertor is not doing anything.

Rebooting it does not work.

The date on it says June 2015 so it seems to be a little odd.

I cannot see anywhere to update the time manually.

How do you reset it?

I had to search for how to factory restore as it would not do anything.

As soon as I restored it a software update started

There was an update yesterday of the BLC, its now on software 1.4.2.19611

Sorry, spelling mistake. It must be update with number 1.4.2.19611 for sure.

It fixed my track choosing problem on the ML also, I can use again the Beo4 up-down button to choose a music track.
