Did one of us win these H2 Headphones on eBay?

Classic case of not knowing the product.  If you have the headphone cable the wrong way round, you get little or no sound from the right ear...

Same thing happened when I gave one as a present to a friend. They said it didn't work so we had a look and yes, cable the wrong way round. I don't know if it's on the FAQ page?

Why wouldn't the original owner have gone back to B&O either for the right advice or for a replacement under guarantee?

Faulty or not the sale looks very odd to me.
