I have a BeoVision 11. I use the Beo4 remote and have an IR blaster connected to the PUC port and running to the Sky box.

The Beo4 was controlling the Sky box fine. I think I pressed a button/combination of buttons (or it was merely coincidental) and now the Beo4 doesn't control Sky.

The Beo4 still controls other devices connected by other PUC IR's.

I have tried the following to resolve it:

1) Checked the sky box is still working with the sky remote

2) Reloaded the PUC Code

3) Tried other Sky PUC Codes

4) Powered the TV down for 20 mins

5) Checked the IR cable for damage

Non of these have worked.

Coincidentally, this has happened before and then resolved itself within a few days. But not this time.

Anyone experienced the same or have any advice to fix it?

Thanks

Thanks Malcolm

I tried that but no joy. So i tried removing and reconnecting the RJ45 end of the IR blaster and all good again. Sky controls are working properly.
