Beocenter 9500 doors problem

hi,

 

I am the happy owner of a Beocenter 9500.  It seems that all commands works except that the command for doors(Tape and CD) are not working at all. I removed the top and it seems that the 2 motors does not turn at all!!

 

Would appreciate any help !
