Hi All!

Im a happy owner of Beosystem 3500. Unfortunately set require some service. Ive checked multiple forums, without answers, so hopefully maybe you'll able to help ;)

1. Does someone have specs of all belts dimension for Beocord 3500/4500?

2. Beomaster have no built-in RIAA preamp. In SM genuine preamp is mentioned as part nr. 8002956. It is possible to get it somewhere or someone have alternative solution?

3. When I connect Beogram 3300 to my Beocenter 3500 by datalink, turntable is not reacting for commands form amplifier or remote. Phono Co op is configured. What may be a reason? Is Beogram not supported or its related with lack of RIAA? btw. Turntable is working well i.e. with Beocenter 9000.

Thx in advance!

Welcome to Beoworld !

1. They are not standard sizes. I can supply correct belts. Email me.

2. Get a Beogram with built-in preamp like f.e. Beogram 3500 /4500. It will also be a better design match.

3. Datalink pins missing in the DIN plug ? (I take it, you mean Beomaster 3500 since Beocenter 3500 does not support datalink).

Thanks Martin!

Well, generally Im using turntables from other brands too with din->rca adapter, so turntable change itself isn't a solution ;)

Datalink in Beogram 3300 is fine. No missing pins. It's working well with my second system- Beocenter 9000, but with Beomaster 3500 not. Im wondering if it's Datalink compatibility issue or there's something wrong with Beomaster.

Blown protection diodes in the Beomaster perhaps.

I've checked all datalink inputs with multiple devices. Result is, that Beomaster 3500 is fine Big Smile

Unfortunately Beogram 3300 is not compatible Sad

It's confusing. I've also Beocenter 9000 which has been produced in similar time and there's no issues.

There is somewhere repository of compatible devices in each datalink standard?
