i have a beovision 5 tv and annoyingly the visionclear menu that alters the contrast settings and all that keeps popping up every so often , i can not seem to stop this or control this from the beo4 remote im using and itis preventing us watching so much as an advert let alone a programme , how can i get it removed or controlled please
