Just hit the BUY button and you will see!
Uuhh - did not go that far ;-(
Nonetheless - it would be nice to hear, how it is soundwise (or read it from someone, who has heard it).
Beolab 50, Beolab 8000 x 2, Beolab 4000 x 2, BeoSound Core, BeoSound 9000, BeoSound Century, BeoLit 15, BeoPlay A1, BeoPlay P2, BeoPlay H9 3rd Gen, BeoPlay H6, EarSet 3i, BeoVision Eclipse Gen 2 55", BeoPlay V1-40, BeoCom 6000 and so much else :)
Michael:Looks horrible. Just get a Mac. The iMac has a great retina screen and great sound system. And it looks way better. Not even a competition.
I don't think it looks that horrible but I have to see it in person for a full opinion and impression. But the 34" curved display would be great for audio- and video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Cubase, Reason etc.Since when do iMacs have GREAT sound systems? I had a 27" inch iMac and the sound is just ok for system sounds or speech on short videos but it is nothing for listening to music! By the way: The horrible glossy screen is nothing to work with in surroundings with much light.I'm curious how good the speakers of this 34" monster will sound, especially as the Bang & Olufsen seems to be surprisingly big!?Selling the B&O sound with Bose speakers is indeed quite funny...
No offense, but I'm always surprised how "blind" Apple users are... they don't give other products any chance, even if they are 100x times better!? I guess that's marketing at its best!If e.g. the Apple watch in its current design would have been brought to market by Samsung, Sony or LG the Apple crowd would have laughed and screemed about that ugly rectangular thing, no taste etc. BUT as soon it has an Apple logo they all go crazy about the greatness of the design etc...I can not understand it and I had several Macs, Powerbooks, Macbook Pros and iPhones but I've learned that there are much better options out in this world.Ok, that was a "little" offtopic. ;-)
I'm curious about that 34" machine from HP with its B&O audio... but I think it would be even better if they offer that 34" display with the B&O audio only as a monitor for existing machines! I'm currently using a matte 27" display from NEC which is a breeze to work with compared to my iMac 27". But 34" inch curved?? WANT :-)
Agree so far with T.W.G - one should wait to see/hear it in the flesh.
Actually that was with that question, that I started the thread.
As a Mac user myself, I also would like to see/hear a monitor version of it.
But interesting product anyway.
Just found out that there's a monitor version, too but it seems to lack the Bang & Olufsen audio:http://store.hp.com/GermanyStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=K1U85AA&opt=ABB&sel=MTOAnd it's nearly 300 Euro cheaper than on Amazon Germany! Wow!
Probably because software (running on the PC) is part of the 'B&O sound'.
