In all fairness, SONOS is a totally different ball game. They are the largest Worldwide multi room system brand AND most importantly, they are based over in San Fran, they've been negotiating with Apple from Day One about this.

SONOS had a team of five at this year's Apple WWDC.

The two woman I spoke to were however from Seattle - but still closer than Struer.

Perhaps B&O did not win the lottery for seats. Still can't believe my own luck, on a par with winning the seats on the 2012 Beoworld tour to Struer.

Sounds great Elephant. SONOS in terms of revenue are the second largest speaker manufacturer in the world - not bad for such a young company. A lot of my friends buy their speakers for two main reasons - their performance is constantly reliable and their user interface is a real winner. Certainly, their soundbar is very very nice. I wonder how long before Apple buy them!

Virtually everyone I meet at work who likes Hifi etc, owns a Sonos system of one way or another. Two of us have B&OSad

The Play:1's are nice if paired - the only real stereo seperation. But missing a remote for volume or any control is bad. Never liked 'just app' control in situations like hue or sonos.

Maybe B&O is not the first company to intergrate apple-music they must know if there are any plans or whispers.

The good news is that Apple music is (or will be) available from an other brand than Apple.

So why not B&O one day ?

If Apple wants to sell it's music it as to be available on multiple devices (ie : Moment, A9/6, Beovisions...).

Btw, I'm arriving at the end of my 3 months free Apple music after 2 years of Spotify : I hate Apple music.

It's still difficult to create a playlist or favorite songs and the waiting time before each song I play while browsing drives me mad.

So natural and easy and speedy on Sotify.

Thank you for contacting Bang & Olufsen Customer Service again.

We are, unfortunately, unable to say whether we will be able to offer integration with Apple Music in our products. But the request has been registered with the R&D team, and we will make sure to notify you, should it be implemented. In the meantime, a solution could be to AirPlay to the product - or stream via Bluetooth, if possible.

Have a great day.

I agree. Other than the family option, and that it's available on the new Apple TV, it's interface and even its general appearance is dreadful.

With this week's slew of updates from Apple I have been experimenting with the Siri interface to Apple Music, and also the Remote App on an iPhone to provide dictated search fields.

Not too shabby.

I can't say that I have had difficulty creating playlists !

And I have been happily hearting songs from day 1 even though I have no idea what effect it has Big Smile

I am frustrated by the hesitancy in starring a new track -- and depending upon age / unpopularity its cut outs and buffering issues although I think most of that is due to my ISP Sad
