Hi. Just purchased a used Beosound 9000 and 4 x Beolab 6000 speakers. No power cords and no speaker cables.
Seems like 8-pin connectors and ML on both the 9000 and the speakers
Was going to order cables and power cords from Ebay. Seems like ther's Mk1 - Mk3 speaker cables.
Whats the difference, if any, and which do I want to purchase?
Thansk so far
Forgot to mention, it's all from year 2000

You can use Mk1, Mk2 or Mk3 in this setup actually!
Mk1 would be the 'correct' cables if we were back in 2000 and it was being installed by a dealer. However, I always recommend using the Mk2 cable : which although physically slightly thicker is fully shielded and will work with any B&O Active Loudspeaker - so if you decide to change to an ICEPowered speaker in the future (BeoLab 3, BeoLab 9, BeoLab 5, BeoLab 20 etc..) you won't have to rip up cables and start again.
Steve's cables are first class - I've been using them for years and had no problems, ever!

Thanks Lee!
yes, fully wired mk.2 cables are the best option as they work with any Beolab speaker, mk.3 cables are also a good choice for all speakers without displays (except Beolab 5 and 90).
Kind regards Steve
