Beogram 1202 fuctions

Hey

I've got an old Beogram 1202 turntable, but it got some issues..

Then the turntable is turning and the pickup is on the plate everything is fine. When the LIFT button is pushed it don't always lift the pickup from the plate, but the orange lamp light up and keeps being lit.. 

Does anyone know what could fix this?

There is a microswitch aswell in one of the corners which I don't how should be activated when the plate-size knob is turned.
