Hello,
I just bought a new A6 and tried it with Spotify and Airplay from various iOS devices. Everything went well. Now I try to play music from my Synology using their DS Audio app. The app sees the A6 both as an Airplay and a DLNA devices. However, no matter which one I select (airplay or DLNA), every song I send to play on the A6 appears in the queue but does not play. If I select another player on the network, the song plays as expected. If I use the Beomusic app to access the DLNA server, I can see all music stored on the server, move down to the song level, but when I get there, all songs are greyed out and again cannot be played.
I am not sure whether this is an issue with the A6 itself or the Synology software. It looks like a permission problem, but I have not seen any way to provide credentials to the player (not even sure it is needed).
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Can you see the NAS from the Beomusic app?
The greyed out songs are a problems that some (incuding me) have encountered.
One solution that some poster provided was the following: login to tunein or deezer and start one of the two. Thereafter you will have access to your server.
Livingroom: BL3, BL11, BV11-46 Kitchen: Beosound 1 GVA, Beocom 2 Bathroom: M3 Homeoffice: M3, Beocom 2 Library: Beosound Emerge, Beocom 6000 Bedroom: M5, Essence remote Travel: Beoplay E8 2.0, Beoplay EQ, Beoplay Earset
Well, I am not sure I understand why this works, but after login in Tunein, the songs are no longer greyed out in Beomusic and it works as expected. So thank you for that, I now have at least a way to access music on my server from the A6. Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue when trying to send music to the A6 through Airplay or as a DLNA device using the server web interface. I can see the A6 like I see other devices on the network, I can send songs using either service (Airplay or DLNA), the songs remain in the queue but refuse to play.
