Hallo members,

I have troubles with my Beosound Ouverture. The problem is that when I take the radio to 230V, there are burning the red led (standby?) and the green led.

I dont know what it means, but the ouverture didn't workd with my beolink 1000 and not with the buttons on the radio. Is it "total loss " ?

Perhaps there is a member who can help me. Please answer by e-mail.

Thanks and kindly regards from

Hello Anne, i assume you don't speak Dutch so i will reply in En:

did the Ouverture do this just like that or was there any change in the setup or whatever..

to me it sounds like it is in a wrong (remote) option.

what also could be the problem is a keyboard fault: the contacts give up sometimes and make 1 key "depressed" which blocks the rest of the keyboard.

try setting it in audio option 0 or 1 first and see if that can be done at all.

(beo4: Standby and List together, than List untiil Option, Go, List until A option, than 1, the Ouverture should be in standby to do this and the red led should blink once, see if that works)

Hello iPaul,

Thanks for your answer, and excuse for my late reaction, because I was not at home for several weeks.

I questioned it in English so I thought many people can reed English, but I speek normal Dutch.

The problem came without setup or so what. The radio didn't started , but how it is possible, I don't know.

I have 2 remotes and both no succes

What is a keyboard fault?

Perhaps you can explain me.

Thanks.

Greeting,

Anne Hiemstra, PHoAH

Hallo Anne,

De groene led betekent "Timer On".
