Hello everybody

I got a Beograd 4000 from my grandparents but there are a few problems:

- When i turn it on the arm moves very slowly, and doesn't lower itself.

- if I push the button to lower the arm nothing happens.

- The rpm is stuck on 45 only if I keep the 33 pushed in it slows down, if I release it it goes back to 45.

- If I want to turn it off I need to keep pressing the off button.

I have read the service manual but I can't find anything. If someone could help me or give some tips?

Kind regards.

Do you have any electronic experience. If not, this is not the deck to start with. There appear to be a number of faults - I guess the detector circuit is not working and that this is affecting both the speed and the lack of drop. However the latter can also be a sign of the solenoid failing - is there a click when you press the arm lower button. I would suggest getting someone to have a look at it for you. Where do you live?

I'm a student in aviation technology, so I know a bit of electronics but I'm not a pro. I l found out yesterday, when I turn the Beograd on it automatically turns itself off again. I live in Nieuwpoort so if you know somebody who can help me with this I would love to hear it. Big Smile
