Guys - guess I'm in trouble.

Two days ago my Avant went black just like that, and now it will not respond to anything. The led on top flashes red, and when given a command from the Beo One it makes three clicking noises - and then nothing.

I was thinking about a way to reset it or something like that. I've been offered service but I live remotely and he would be several days out.

Any ideas?

Call Dealer.

100% certain this unit will be under warranty and can be fixed/replaced as required.

I'm sure you've tried it, but have you tried entering the PINCODE?

I suggest turning off the main power to all Avant and connected B&O equipment for 15-20 minutes, then turning back on, waiting 5 minutes and switching the equipment on. In many cases this hard reset fixes problems, but not all, so best to give it a try and go from there. PIN code will be required if initially set up. Good luck.

B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.
11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

I did try but no response. No picture so just did it via the remote.

Disconnect everything from it as well. Before the power cycle.
