Hello

BV7-40MKIII with Ouverture.

The BV7-40 is off. If you press N-Music or N-Radio, the screen comes on and shows the menu for the motorized stand...

Is it a bug?

thanks

What do you expect? N.Music and N.Radio is not supported by the Ouverture...

No!  The TV screen must be remaining off but not on!!

Regardless of the function you are trying to activate, the motorized stand menu shows because you have not set limits to the left/right & up/down movement.

I would be willing to bet it says 'set right most position' etc instead of the normal motorized stand menu to set positions?

Just a guess....
