Is it worth changing the beolab 8000 to 8002?
What is the main difference?
I heard the 8002 is wireless is this the fact and is that advantageous compared to 8000?
Thanks.
Beolab 8002 is in no way a wireless speaker. The only difference known for sure is that B&O updated the amplifier section to ICEpower.

Personally I wouldn't bother... Add a Beolab 2 to them instead!

The advantages of the 8002 is that it will use less power and is cheaper to produce. B&O have themselves stated that the sound quality is unaltered. Regard them as a way for B&O to rationalise their amplifier production.

another differance is if you are going to setup a Beonet down the road you will not need to add coils to the speaker lines.
