hello all,
ive bought a used pair of beolab 3 and a beolab 11 from lifestyle AV, had it since last week and finally got it set up on Friday, I've had them set up through my Philips tv to dac to an essence mk2 then beolab 11 to beolab 3.
So far watching tv it's been great no issues. Just listened to 1 song on Spotify then about 30 seconds of the next song and the sub has stopped working. No lights red or green. I've tried changing the fuse in the plug and moving the sub to another power outlet in case it was my socket that was faulty however the sub hasn't came back on.
Any suggestions on what I can try as I'm now without sound for my tv I don't have cabling to just run the pair lab 3 to my essence box.

Thanks, that was the first thing I've done. As it was a Sunday I was hoping I was just missing something and someone may have been able to part some knowledge on here.
Just waiting for them to get back to me now hopefully it's nothing major.
