When I play an auxiliary device through my Beocenter 9000 using the AUX input, the system will decrease the volume level automatically when loud. Turning it back up will only have a temporary effect. How do I override this feature (if it is a feature)? The owners manual does not mention it!
Thanks in advance for any helpful input.
How loud is your loud? If you're really pushing it, the protection circuits in the amplifiers will turn the volume down to avoid overheating. If this is the case, you can't override it - if you could, it would just go up in smoke.
If you have two pairs of speakers connected, this might happen more eaisly that it did with just one pair.
